First, get the click type, X, and Y values by using the code that's in the image you showed. Then just use an if to compare the value of %_Click%.

 

for /f "tokens=1,2,3 delims=:" %%A in ('batbox /m') do (

    set "_X=%%A"

    set "_Y=%%B"

    set "_click=%%C"

)

if "%_click%"=="1" echo Left click

if "%_click%"=="2" echo Right click
